The background of KTM
Founding director Kylie O'Keefe has spent over 7 years in recruitment services. Her role was to manage an office of 9 as well as liaise with over 150 contractors/tradesmen.
Kylie worked her way up to a senior management role before leaving in 2008 to start a family.
Having a number of qualified tradespeople in her family, Kylie decided to create a new family operated business called KTM Solutions. Kylie's idea was to utilise her experience to provide real estate agents and others with professional management in dealing with a wide variety of tradesmen.
